Triangle Yoga Festival

This class begins with a grounding meditation and mindful breath work to center the body and calm the mind, creating a safe space for all participants. From there, we’ll transition into a gentle flow that focuses on connecting movement with breath, offering a nurturing and supportive practice suitable for all levels.

Designed with a trauma-informed approach, Fierce & Free Flow encourages participants to move at their own pace, honoring where they are in their journey. The class combines gentle, flowing sequences with moments of stillness, allowing for deep relaxation, self-reflection, and the opportunity to reconnect with inner strength.
